Buying Products on our web site

1. Details of the prices of the Products, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our web site. You must pay by credit or debit card at the time of order (see personal data and privacy paragraph below).
2. You will receive confirmation of the order placed by email and will be sent an email once the item has been dispatched to the designated address on your order.
3. The price of any Product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any Product before you place an order. We try to ensure that our prices displayed on our web site are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure. We will inform you if a Product's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the Product at the correct price.
4. Orders that are placed on this web site are subject to acceptance by us. We will check matters such as stock availability, your credit card details, if appropriate. We reserve the right to cancel or to refuse any order placed by you. If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you using the details you provided on registration.
5. We reserve the right to alter the design, specification or price of any Product featured on the web site without prior notice. We will endeavour to update the web site as soon as possible after any such change is made. However, there may be circumstances where you place an order before we are able to make the change. If the Product you ordered is unavailable, we may provide to you a substitute of an equivalent quality and price ('Substitute Product').
6. Slope gift vouchers and experience packages are subject to the participant agreeing to abide by slope terms and conditions and code of conduct which can be found here.

Postage / Delivery

1. Purchases can only be shipped to addresses in the UK
2. Products will arrive in a maximum of 5 - 7 working days.
3. Gift vouchers will be sent recorded delivery and should arrive within 3 working days.
4. Once items are dispatched from us we accept no responsibility for non-delivery by Royal Mail. Reference numbers for recorded delivery items will be provided to you to assist in contacting Royal Mail should your purchase not be received.
5. To guarantee your delivery is with you before Christmas you need to place your order before midnight on the 21st December
   
   
   

Returns Policy

Gift Vouchers

Gift and Experience Vouchers are valid at all SNO!zone sites for up to 6 months from issue date for any slope activity, bar, clothing or merchandise. Gift vouchers and experience packages are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Products

We will be happy to refund or exchange an item if you change your mind – as long as they are returned in an unused condition in the original packaging, within 15 days of receipt with proof of purchase. Please allow 10 days for refund.
Products purchased through the SNO!shop will be packaged to arrive with you in perfect condition. However, if you take delivery of your package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. You have the right to return a defective or faulty item within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
You must to return the item(s) including its original packaging to SNO!shop Returns, SNO!zone Castleford, Xscape, Colorado Way, Glasshoughton, Castleford, WF10 4TA.  You must also provide confirmation of your return by emailing snoshop@snozoneuk.com or completing the webform, stating whether you wish for an exchange or refund of the item.

1. Credit card payments are made using an approved secure system and details will not be retained in the system once the order has been processed.
2. We require you to register your Personal Data in order to make a booking so we can contact you should there be a problem with your order. Please ensure you check details provided for accuracy so we can ensure effective communications with you.
3. You will only be contacted again by SNO!zone if you opt in to receive SNO!zone updates and information on special offers. Your personal data will not be given to any third parties for their marketing purposes
